We are about to embark on a new chapter at Public Brewing Company. Soon we'll be handing the keys over, and joining forces with our friends at Lakefront Brewery. We've always admired their decades-long devotion to world-class brewing and hospitality in Milwaukee, and we are excited to see the vision they will bring to our beloved Kenosha.
It has been an incredible privilege to create such a special space for our friends to gather over excellent beer, conversation, and tasty food. We owe a sincere thank you to all of you for creating memories with us for the past 12 years. Don't worry, we're not going anywhere!
In order for us to commit to the best experience we can offer, we will have to close our doors for a brief period in early August to get things settled. While we are working on improving and expanding our food menu, you can expect to enjoy the same great Public beers and customer service you know and love. Check back soon, we will be loud about our reopening plans on our website and social media channels. Cheers to the future of Public Brewing Company!
This 3 Aug 2024 update:
Greetings Kenosha! Today is our last day of service before we shut the doors for a brief period of time next week to get things settled. We are open 11am-10pm today, and we have plenty of ice cold beer and some delicious food options available, so come on down and see us!
We will make sure to announce any updates as we move forward this upcoming week. We value and appreciate all of you and we are looking forward to providing you with great beer, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere again shortly. Stay tuned, see you soon
