The key element to this beer’s exceptional flavor came with the selection of the Peach Blossom White Tea from our local Bloomington tea shop Cup and Kettle Tea. This organic white tea is blended with dried peaches and quince for a beautiful fruity and floral aroma.

Summer nights is our chance to experiment with a yeast that’s new to the craft beer world, but ancient in the home-brewing tradition.The base recipe has a light, golden malt bill with just enough noble hops to balance the residual sweetness and provide a subtle floral bouquet. Think of Summer Nights as a Kolsch that’s a bit more crisp and slightly fruity.
