Summer nights is our chance to experiment with a yeast that’s new to the craft beer world, but ancient in the home-brewing tradition. The base recipe has a light, golden malt bill with just enough noble hops to balance the residual sweetness and provide a subtle floral bouquet. Think of Summer Nights as a Kolsch that’s a bit more crisp and slightly fruity.

Food pairing suggestions: Upland Nachos, Obatzda Mushroom Poutine, Soft Pretzel, Impossible Chorizo Tacos, Thai Tofu Salad, Hot Chicken/Seitan Sandwich, Turkey & Guac Sandwich, Fish & Chips, New York Strip Frites, Blue Flame or Inferno Burgers
