Prairie Releasing Thai Delight & More

The Thai-m Has Come

(I’m so sorry)

HEY. Today on our social media channels we announced the arrival of KIWI McSQUEEZY. But you, dear reader, receive our newsletter. So you got to learn all about Kiwi McSqueezy last week.

I just wanted you to know that you’re getting info so much earlier than the FOOLS who haven’t subscribed to this award winning piece of digital literature.

You’re also the first to learn that’s also almost THAI DELIGHT season! This beer — the anchor of our TREAT series, is made with mango, flaked race, and coconut cream. This one has a unique mouthfeel because of the flaked rice, and it has a unique flavor JUST BECAUSE I SAID IT DOES.

I don’t know, it’s really good.

NOT SUBTLE

We got together with our muscular homies at American Solera and brewed a really beautiful collaborative stout. When we were done brewing it, we thought it was magnificent. Like the liquid version of Trap Queen by Fetty Wap (a perfect song).

We decided that we didn’t want to adjunct it — we just wanted to drink it.

THEN we had another good idea, and got with PURSUIT SPIRITS — an amazing brand that curates some of the finest Bourbon in the world. We put our stout into Pursuit United Bourbon barrels.

The result is an absolutely luxurious, non-adjuncted barrel aged imperial stout that’ll be coming your way soon!

NEW BEER FRIDAY

TRANFUSION: This is a brewed cocktail that we actually released yesterday, because it’s inspired by the classic golf cocktail — the Transfusion — and the Masters started yesterday. Concord grape, ginger, and lime. Served over ice! It’s like if Augusta National were a mixed drink that we brewed.

KIWI McSQUEEZY: This one is on tap today in OKC as well! Kiwi, apple, and marionberry in this magnificent sour ale.
