We are a small team at Fourscore with the goal of producing a beer to fit everyone’s taste. From a pilsner, to a hoppy IPA, to a crazy fruited sour, we aim to brew something for everyone. We are seeking a Brewery Assistant to join our team to help in all aspects of the brewing and packaging process.
∙ Work closely with brewer to meet quality and production goals
• Assist in planning, brewing, and packaging
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of brewing area
• Keep accurate inventory of raw materials
• Clean tap system and used kegs
• Distribute product to local accounts
• Attend beer fests / events to represent our brand
• Other duties as assigned
:
• Must be 21+ years of age
• General knowledge of practices, methods, and equipment used in brewing
• Experience in a brewery environment/ brewing cert.
• Ability to work 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift 55+ pounds
