This is The Flores Guava and it will be a small batch tart Saison ale with elderflower and guava. The beer will clock in at 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. Stay tuned for release details. I've also added in Endless Abundance 3-year blend of spontaneous ale with peaches (2024, 6.3%-AbV, 500ml bottles) & Barrel Farm mixed culture tart saison aged 12-24 months in French oak barrels (2024, 7%-AbV, 500ml bottle) zzubreebym
