BUSCH LIGHT TAPS MULTI-PLATINUM SINGER SONGWRITER RILEY GREEN FOR EXCLUSIVE ‘BUSCH COUNTRY: ONE NIGHT ONLY’ CONCERT SERIES

From Anheuser-Busch:

FANS CAN ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN TICKETS TO PRIVATE PERFORMANCES IN CINCINNATI AND KANSAS CITY

Nashville, TN  – March 26, 2024 – Academy of Country Music award-winning artist and long-time Busch Light partner, Riley Green, is teaming up with the brand to bring country music fans together with Busch Country: One Night Only featuring Riley Green in two intimate performances in Kansas City (May 29) and Cincinnati (July 10) where the only way in is to WIN.

Busch Light is giving devoted country music fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for up close and personal access to Riley Green. As an artist whose close relationship with fans has guided his entire career, Green will bring two memorable nights of his signature no-gimmick, undeniably country sound to Busch Light fans. The venue and show time for each performance will only be revealed to those who win to help maintain the intimacy of the event.

“When looking out in the crowd, I always see my fans with a cold, smooth Busch Light in hand. When the brand asked to team up for Busch Country: One Night Only, I couldn't resist the opportunity to bring my fans an unforgettable night alongside the beer they love most,” shares Riley Green. “My music is heavily influenced by the rural, small-town way of life in my hometown of Jacksonville, AL, and through my lyrics I aim to shine a light on the ideals we hold close. Honesty, integrity, hard work and community are what country music is all about, so I’m proud to partner with a brand that shares these same ideals to produce some incredible experiences for our fans."

Busch Country: One Night Only featuring Riley Green is just one of the ways Busch Light is going all in on country music. Through the brand’s Busch Country platform, Busch Light supports a wide roster of both established country artists and rising stars, including Ashley Cooke, Austin Snell, BRELAND, Jordan Davis, Matt Stell, Nate Smith and Priscilla Block, along with Riley Green.

“We’ve been growing our roots in country music since the 80’s, and to host our very own concert series with a major country star like Riley Green - it feels surreal!” said Krystyn Stowe, Head of Marketing Busch Family & Natural Family at Anheuser-Busch. “Through Busch Country: One Night Only we get to give fans access to one of our Busch Country artists like never before, with plenty of cold Busch Light to go around!”

For Busch Light, honoring country music isn’t new. The brand’s commercials stemming back to the 1980’s have touted the beloved ‘Head for the Mountains’ jingle - originally sung by late folk singer Hoyt Acton. In recent years, Busch Light has also joined the genre’s biggest festival as the official beer sponsor of CMA Fest and is partnering with Professional Bull Riders (PBR) this year to show up for fans at rodeos across the U.S. while they jam out to country music and sip their favorite beer. With deep roots in the genre, Busch Light will continue to keep its cowboy boots on the ground at its fans’ favorite country music events in 2024 and beyond.

Fans can enter for a chance to win two tickets to one of these exclusive live performances at Busch.com/onenightonly. Busch Light will also be announcing an exciting travel giveaway for Riley fans from out of town. Follow along at @BuschBeer where entry details and updates will be shared.

About Riley Green

Riley Green has been compelling Country music fans to raise a drink, shed a tear, and, above all, celebrate where they are from, since first releasing his self-titled EP in 2018. His songs like the No. 1 PLATINUM hit “There Was This Girl,” the 2X-PLATINUM-certified heart-tugger “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” (which he performed live at the 55th ACM Awards), and his chart-topping collab with Thomas Rhett, “Half of Me,” have made Riley synonymous with what Country music does best: making listeners feel something with his no-gimmick, relatable writing and classic feel.

An avid sports fan, former athlete (Jacksonville State University quarterback) and outdoorsman, Riley is riding a wave of success after being named the Academy of Country Music’s 2020 New Male Artist of the Year, a former MusicRow Breakout Artist of the Year, a CMT “Listen Up Artist,” and one of CRS’s 2020 New Faces. Playing to an average of 65,000 fans each night serving as direct support for Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs in 2023, Green headlined the Rock The South festival and is selling out his own headlining shows this year. Combs joins Riley on his No. 1 single “Different ‘Round Here (Ft. Luke Combs),” the title track to Riley’s 2019 debut album that he re-recorded with Combs after seeing how fans connected to it.

His new album Ain’t My Last Rodeo, produced by Dann Huff, is more of the signature Riley Green’s fan have come to know and love from the good ol’ boy who still lives in his hometown of Jacksonville, AL. The project, heavily influenced by the rural, small town and slower way of life at home and time spent with his family, the new project, released on October 13.
