Also hitting tap lines today is the limited, draft-only Scratch #505 Double IPA. Loaded with Mosaic, El Dorado and Azacca hops, it’s a big beer that’s both juicy and smooth.

Scratch #505 continues our exploration of some new hop combo trials. Twists and turns of citrus and tropical aromas come alive thanks to dry-hopping with Mosaic and El Dorado. Just the right amount of bitterness balances the golden malt bill of pilsner, caramel, and Vienna. House ale yeast brings it all home with a clean finish for this big beer that’s both juicy and smooth.
