New Belgium Adding Essential OneThis morning I have your first peek at a new sour ale coming from New Belgium in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC.

Introducing - Essential One

A foeder-aged American Sour blended with crisp apples and balanced by the warm spice of palo santo. This beer is inspired by the beautiful and complex aromatics of Palo Santo, which translates to "holy wood."
Traditionally burned and believed to have the power to purify and clear bad energy, we discovered the warm and calming aromas of palo santo are cooling on the palate, with flavors of sweet wood, eucalyptus, and warm spice in your glass.
