New American Pale Ale from Jester King. TexMalt Wildfire Pale, TexMalt San Jacinto Two Row. Vienna malt. Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo. Chico yeast. 5.5% abv. Unfiltered. Piney, resinous, classic. We're making drops of this around Austin this week.
