We're happy to introduce you to our 2023 Might Meets Right barrel-aged stouts featuring Basil Hayden Bourbon and Russell’s Reserve® Rye Barrels! Now in our tenth release, we're going back to the basics, focussing on the incredible barrels we used. We are proud and excited to offer you the first taste of the 2023 vintage:
Basil Hayden Toast® (13.7% alc/vol)
Aged in Basil Hayden Toast® Bourbon Barrels — The rich dark malts mellow and take on notes of dried fruit, caramelized sugar, and toasted oak.
Russell’s Reserve 6 Year Old Rye® (13.3% alc/vol)
Aged in Russell’s Reserve® 6 Year Old Rye Barrels — The rich dark malts mellow and take on notes of allspice, pepper, and almond.
Chocolate (13.5% alc/vol)
Aged in Basil Hayden Toast® Bourbon & Russell’s Reserve® 6 Year Old Rye Barrels — We blend both the bourbon and rye barrels and then let it sit on cacao nibs to bring out the chocolate malt notes.
Vanilla (13.5% alc/vol)
Aged in Basil Hayden Toast® Bourbon & Russell’s Reserve® 6 Year Old Rye Barrels — We blend both the bourbon and rye barrels and then let it sit on vanilla beans to bring out vanillin notes from aging in oak whiskey barrels.
Join us on Wednesday, November 1 from 7-9 pm to be the first to taste the 2023 variants at our Pre-Release Sneak Peek! For your hard-earned money, you will not only be the first to enjoy a 6 oz pour of each variant ($28 value) and take home a mixed four-pack ($36.99 value), but you will also keep the gorgeous Edel 35cL/11.75 oz Temperance stemmed glass ($9 value), mingle with fellow barrel-aged beer enthusiasts, and the people who brought this year's vintage to life. Plus, Tacos Las Manitas will be here serving delicious Mexican cuisine from 5-9 pm. Limited tickets are available and this event will SELL OUT!

Can't make the pre-release? Join us on Friday, November 3 from noon-10 pm for the official release! McBrennan's Gourmet Burger Shack will be here with their super tasty burgers from 4-8 pm.
SECRET COMEDY SHOW: Ready for laughs served with a side of mystery? Join us this Saturday night for a Comedy Show unlike any you’ve seen! The jokes and the comedians behind them will be revealed at 8 pm, doors at 7:30 pm.
SMITTYTOWN MARKET: Our monthly market returns on Saturday, November 4 from 1-5 pm. Grab a beer, browse, and buy from 10+ local vendors and get a head start on your holiday gift shopping!
YOGA (THANKSGIVING EDITION!): Get your Thanksgiving off to a positive start with a yoga class (and a beer!) Our annual Thanksgiving Temperance Trikonasana with Jenny Arrington of Rebel Human returns on Thursday, November 23 from 11-1 pm. 100% of your entrance fee will go directly to Family Promise, an organization dedicated to helping families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless get back on their feet and provide a stable lifestyle for their children.
"MID-WEEK MELLOW" WITH THE SAUNA CLUB: Need that mid-week break? Some hygge heat with your beer? Call a friend or two and come on out for The Sauna Club every Wednesday from 3-9 pm.
