Today I have your first peek at an exciting new stout coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA.
This is Batch 3000 and it will be a bananas foster stout brewed to celebrate the 300th batch brewed at Elysian’s Airport Way facility. This recipe was chose in an open contest among the brewing team and it is brewed with turbinado sugar, banana puree and cinnamon. The beer is also aged in Rum barrels for 1-year and finished on vanilla beans. This imperial stout will hit 13%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for full release details. zzubreebym
