This morning I have your first peek at a new spiced stout coming from Tröegs Independent Brewing in Hershey, PA.
This is Gingerbread Cookie Stout and it will be a stout brewed with oats, roasted barley, chocolate malts, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, clove, allspice and demerara sugar. This pastry stout will hit 10.2%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12oz can. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym

We've got two festive beers hitting tap lines in the Tasting Room to coincide with our Most Wonderful Weekend. Naked Elf, a Belgian-style ale, is all about the bare necessities of our beloved holiday ale. With the cherries, honey and chocolate malt out of the equation, notes of cinnamon, allspice, clove and tangy fruity esters shine through. We've also got our brand new Gingerbread Cookie Stout, a chewy, dark beer loaded with oats, roasted barley and chocolate malts. Additions of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla and clove help hone in on grandma’s time-honored recipe. Try both on tap or snag limited 12-oz. cans in the General Store while they last.
