Cape May Brewing Company Announces Return of Pick of the Batch Fall Festival

From Cape May:

Cape May, NJ  (Tuesday, September 12) -- Cape May Brewing Company is excited to officially announce the return of their Pick of the Batch Fall Festival on Saturday, October 7th from 12pm to 6pm. The inaugural event was held in October of 2019, and it’s coming back bigger and better than ever. Pick of the Batch will feature live music, new seasonal brews, local vendors, and fun fall activities for the whole family.

Pick of the Batch will include several brewery-related events such as the keg and steinholding relay race, along with a fan favorite to end the afternoon, the steinholding competition. Live music will play throughout the day, with performances from Radio Revolution and the Mel & Tony Acoustic Duo on our main stage. New Jersey rock station 100.7 WZXL will also be onsite for a remote broadcast featuring the station's favorite radio personalities.

The Brewery has an assortment of kid-friendly activities this year! From pumpkin painting, to face painting, to exciting contests and giveaways, there is something for every age group. East Coast Axes will be making their return this year, along with other local vendors to round out the event.

“Cape May in the fall is like our very own slice of heaven,” says Marketing Director Alicia Grasso. “We’re fortunate to be a year-round business and can utilize our Brewtanical Garden in the cooler months, transforming it into a festive outdoor event space. We can’t wait to share this sensational event with everyone.”

“There really is something for everyone,” says Assistant General Manager Jake Hauser. “Many of our activities are kid-friendly and there are some fun events for adults to enjoy, as well. We’ll have our fall seasonals, Pick of the Batch, Honey Porter, Oktoberfest, and Devil’s Reach on tap throughout the event. We’ll also have our newest fall-themed brew available, as well. We can’t say anything about it yet, but it will be worth the wait!”

Pick of the Batch will be held in the Cape May Brewing Company Brewtanical Garden, the outdoor space behind the brewery’s Tasting Room. In case of inclement weather, the rain date for this event will be Sunday, October 8th.
