Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co. Celebrating their Inclusion in the Adams St. ORA District

On July 18th, Toledo City Council voted to extend the Adams St ORA district down 12th St to Jackson St, to include Quenched & Tempered Brewing Company. Quenched and Tempered will be hosting a celebratory event this Saturday, July 29th from 3-9pm. The event will kick off with live music by local songwriter, Jake Pilewski, from 3-5pm. The event will also feature beer slushies in to-go cups, prizes hidden along 12th St, and other to-go specials for food and drink.

Quenched & Tempered, a local brewery with an industrial craftsman flare, has been brewing and distributing from their production facility on the outskirts of Grand Rapids, Ohio, since 2019, and opened their taproom location on Jackson St in August of 2022. This spring, they opened a kitchen, an outdoor beer garden space, and an upstairs private event space. “Having the ORA district extended to us feels like a very satisfying completion of all the stages of opening our taproom,” says founder, Alex Drozdowicz. “We love our corner of Toledo, and we are eager to collaborate more with all our friends on Adams St. This extension of the ORA
district is just one of a slew of exciting things happening to bring growth to the Uptown area, making it a really lively and vibrant place to be.”

Quenched & Tempered is a craft brewery with production facilities in Grand Rapids, Ohio and a taproom in downtown Toledo, Ohio. They believe beer is a reflection of the people who brew it. They began as craftsmen who dreamed of running their own business, freed to bring their craft to the highest quality, and to take their chance on the audacious belief that a business that serves people well, forging real connections, will thrive.
