Jester King Announces 13th Anniversary Beer Releases

Psych Metal
We're excited to officially announce the release of Jester King Psych Metal! It's a blend of young farmhouse ale with some Munich malt in the grist with Jester King SPON, a biere de coupage. From there, we added Cordyceps mushrooms from our friends at Smallhold, a local mushroom farm, wormwood, lemongrass, and butterfly pea flower which was steeped in the beer for flavor and color. To quote Jester King Brewer Marc Nelipovich, "It is quite a melange." We only have 400 750mL bottles available. Online pre-ordering will open Friday morning for pickup Saturday and Sunday.

13th Anniversary SPON Blend
To celebrate our 13th Anniversary at Jester King, we created a special blend of SPON. Our anniversary blend is composed of four, three, and one year old spontaneously fermented beer. The blend was created by Sarah Lee Parker, who is in charge of the barrel program at Jester King. Sarah carefully and skillfully created this special blend. Her tasting notes are stonefruit, mild honey, and light dusty/attic. We only have 250 750mL bottles available. Online pre-ordering will open Friday morning for pickup Saturday and Sunday.
