Today I have an exciting new fall collaboration coming from Jack’s Abby in Framingham, MA.
This is Fest Of Both Worlds and it will be a collaboration with Weihenstephan using yeast from The Yeast Center of the Technical University of Munich (Weihenstephan 34/70 yeast strain…the original of all lager yeast used today.) The beer will also use Pilsner & Munich malt as well as Sterling and Adeena hops. This naturally carbonated beer will hit 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in Decicco’s Golden Brau hoppy lager (5.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), 2023 Bourbon Barre-Aged Framinghammer (12%-AbV, 12oz cans), French Toast Framinghammer Baltic porter with cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup (9%-ABV, 16oz cans), Porch Fest refreshing summer lager (5.5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Cranberry Chaos cranberry and orange lager (4.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), Extra Layer winter fest lager (6%-AbV, 16oz cans), Pineapple Mayhem pineapple mango lager (4.5%-AbV, 16oz cans), Toy Soldier Christmas lager brewed with ginger, nutmeg, orange peel, rye and honey (7.8%-AbV, 16oz cans), Dark As Hell black lager (5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Bohemian Dawn Czech-style pale lager with Saaz hops (4.4%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Framinghammer imperial Baltic porter (10%-ABV, 12oz cans).
