From Double Mountain:
Introducing Go Ask Talus Single Hop IPA
Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery has recently launched its latest beer, Go Ask Talus. The brewers at Double Mountain find single hop beers fascinating due to the unique flavors, aromas, and bittering capabilities each hop variety offers when added at different points of the boil and fermentation process. These beers typically have a simple grain bill, allowing the hop to take center stage. This hop adventures through ripe grapefruit, sticky mango, a dewy cedar forest, and orange creamsicle aromas and flavors. Go Ask Talus has a balanced 6.2% ABV and 65 BU, striking a harmony between malt body, aroma, and bitterness.
Head Brewer, Greg Balch, expressed his excitement about collaborating with his peers to create this beer and curate the playlist. The allegory of Alice’s journey down the rabbit hole inspired the playlist, which is intended to complement the beer’s character. Greg hopes that everyone who tries Go Ask Talus will discover something new and intriguing.
Visit Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery today to sample Go Ask Talus and uncover the enchanting experience it has to offer.

One hop (Talus) makes you larger, and one hop (Cryo Talus) makes you small. Chase the crisp, clean aromas of ripe grapefruit down the rabbit hole into a magical, dewy forest of pineapple and a chessboard of cascading mango and papaya. Remember what the dormouse said, feed your head!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR BEER SIGNS!
We are on the Lookout for Cool Signs!
We are currently on the lookout for vintage beer signs to display in our new Killingsworth taproom location. Specifically, we are interested in signs from breweries located in the Pacific Northwest that are 40 or more years old. If you have any signs that match this description or know someone who does, please reach out to us with a quick picture so we can let you know if we are interested in purchasing and/or exchanging for beer!
