From Tröegs:
Remember Scratch #479, our hazy IPA brewed with Nectaron hops? Yeah, we do too! Brewmaster John Trogner went gaga for this one, so we decided to take it to new heights. This iteration is all about furthering our dry-hop timing and temperature trials. Again, Nectaron imparts notes of ripe pineapple and juicy peach, and Simcoe, one of our favorite hops, joins the fray to add hints of mango and pine. Mash-hopping keeps the bitterness at bay, while chit malt, flaked oats, wheat and spelt combine with pale malt to add body and haze. (7%-AbV)
