We are proud to announce that we are now ushering in a new era with our new brewmaster, Natalie Rose “High Priestess of Lager Bier” Baldwin. Natalie began as a Production Brewer before becoming the Research & Development Brewer at Breakside Brewery. When she is not backpacking, baking or frollicking in fields of flowers with her dog “Beef” she is passionately brewing traditional European beers with a predominant focus on esoteric lagers, saisons and specialty beers using seasonal flowers, tea, spices, and fruit. She’s won fistfuls of medals at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF), judges professionally at World Beer Cup and GABF, is a member of the Oregon Brewers Guild Diversity and Equity Committee, Pink Boots Portland Chapter Co-Leader and was a recipient of a Pink Boots Scholarship in 2018
