Schlafly’s Stout & Oyster Festival Returns to St. Louis, March 24 & 25

From Schlafly:

Schlafly Beer, the original, independent craft brewery in St. Louis, and the brewery’s most popular beer festival of the year, the annual Schlafly Stout & Oyster Festival, is returning March 24-25.

Set at the historic Schlafly Tap Room (2100 Locust St, St. Louis, MO 63103), the event is the largest festival of its kind in the Midwest, flying in over 80,000 oysters overnight from both coasts and brewing more than 15 stouts exclusively for the festival. The real “pearl” of the event is the shuckers. Schlafly flies in 20 “star shuckers” from both coasts to shuck oysters (it’s a scene with a true cast of characters)! Additionally, the Schlafly Stout & Oyster Festival was named the best food and drink festival to attend in the U.S. in March (2021).

The two-day festival is Friday, March 24 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The brewery closes down the entire street in downtown St. Louis so there’s room for the thousands of people who visit from near and far all weekend.
