Small but mighty, Scratch #475 Petite Lager is the science of brewing definitely colliding with the art. The label was inspired by "Beer Garden Goddess" – Lori Remmel's #ArtofTroegs winning artwork. “We are what we drink, eat, hear, touch, feel and dream,” says Lori. The beer begins with pilsner malt, flaked rice & Hallertau Tradition hops. Dry-hopping with Saaz & Citra adds a bright pop of citrus fruit & flowering herbs.
