This morning I have a new reserve bottle coming from New Belgium in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC.
This is La Folie Reserve and it will remain a dark sour ale brewed with maple syrup and Ceylon cinnamon that is aged in maple syrup barrels and apple Brandy barrels. The beer will hit 8%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml nitro bottles. Stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the keg label for La Folie Reserve Upstate Maple collaboration with Strange Bird Brewery (dark sour ale brewed with maple syrup and Ceylon cinnamon and matured in maple syrup barrels and apple Brandy barrels, 8%-AbV). I’ve also added in the keg labels for Lychee Lemonade Sour (6.7%-AbV) & Grapefruit Kölsch-Style ale with grapefruit & juniper (5.3%-AbV) zzubreebym
