Grupa Żywiec, one of the biggest beer producers from Poland, has been using Ivy Mobility's Route-to-Market solution for Retail Execution since 2019 to streamline distribution operations, serviceability, and sales. The company was previously on various on-premise Route-to-Market (RTM) solutions and decided to implement a new enterprise cloud platform that allows flexibility in designing commercial processes and adapting them to changing market conditions.

The company produces and controls operations of several international brands, including Heineken and Desperados, and iconic polish brand Żywiec under its portfolio other than the regional beers. In addition to integrating Ivy Retail Execution solution with other business apps, Grupa Żywiec was looking to simplify its sales processes, build a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making and increase revenue.

“In 2018, we committed to make a step change in our vision of a modern sales organization and to support it with new technologies. Data-driven culture has become our paradigm, and Ivy on the Salesforce Cloud with advanced analytics gave us real benefits in optimizing our sales processes and stimulating revenue growth. It took years of hard work from Grupa Żywiec, Ivy, and Salesforce teams. But, in the end, we are happy to see the response the solution has got so far from our Sales teams and the impact it has made,” said Irek Kubalewski, IT Director at Grupa Żywiec.

“We have years of experience working with beer companies across countries and were able to apply some of our knowledge to customize the solution for their business specifications. Thank you to the Grupa Żywiec team for being supportive and understanding throughout the process. It has been exciting to be a part of the success story of this fantastic brand,” said Rajiv Prabhakar, Founder & CEO of Ivy Mobility.

The Cloud Retail Execution solution from Ivy, built on the force.com platform, supports visit planning and execution, market investments, PICOS (Picture of Success), catalog-based ordering, contract management, promotion visibility, task management, and more for the field force of Grupa Zywiec.
