This morning I have your very first peek at an exciting collaboration beer coming from Dogfish Head Miami.
This is Guava Belly and it will be a collaboration with Creature Comforts Brewing in Athens, GA. The beer will “celebrate the agricultural bounty of Georgia and South Florida” and it is brewed with a handpicked herb tea blend from Georgia and South Florida guava. If that’s not enough fun, Guava Belly will be soured by lactobacillus and live cultures from “our Miami neighbors at Radiate” Kombucha. You’re looking at the 16oz can and this sour will fly in at 7%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
