CHAOS GRID: THE FINAL COURSE
This liquid smorgasbord of dessert-magic is a meticulously blended amalgam of bourbon barrel-aged beers. We could have stopped there and had a seriously tasty beer, but we totally did not. We conditioned this beast on a luxurious bed of coconut, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, almonds, and coffee.
It’s a thundering detonation of pure decadence that’s about to let slip the dogs of war on your unsuspecting palate. If you want the full experience, you should definitely let this one warm up to 55 degrees before drinking it.

STENCIL CREW
This beloved 8.5% hazy DIPA is loaded with staggering quantities of Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops for an outrageously juicy profile replete with tropical fruit, citrus, and liquid goodwill. It was named for our crew of amazing in-house artists who painstakingly stenciled the floor of our late DTLA location. We’re not crying, you’re crying

MONSTERS' CABANA
This delightfully tropical take on our Monsters' Park imperial stout was aged in rum barrels and dosed with coconut and lime, yielding a swirling, equatorial vortex of dessert flavors and barrel character best enjoyed in close proximity to a hammock.

FAMILIARITY PRINCIPLE
The brainchild of SD brewing wizard Alex Patten, this Strata-forward West Coast DIPA boasts a glorious bouquet of passion fruit, fresh berries, and piney dankness that’s all but assured to soothe even the surliest SoCal palate.

EMPTY HATS
We aged this Oud Bruin-style ale in the aforementioned barrels with an array of cultures that added loads of sour, funky character. The result is a beer bursting with dark fruit and sporting a beautiful malt complexity, with a noticeable oak presence and an exceptionally long, lingering finish. Seriously, if you dig sours, don’t sleep on this one.
