Firestone Walker Adding Mocha Dolce Nitro Stout Cans & Barrelworks Ferus Spontaneous

Firestone Walker Adding Mocha Dolce Nitro Stout Cans & Barrelworks Ferus SpontaneousThis morning I have some new beers coming from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA and Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. Mocha Dolce will be a nitro-charged stout that is brewed with coffee, cocoa nibs and vanilla. The beer will hit 6%-ABV and you’re looking at the 12oz can. I’ve also added in Barrelworks Ferus Spontaneous and it will be a spontaneously fermented American wild ale that uses a koelschip vessel and barrel aging in the Lambic tradition. This Brewmaster’s Collective beer is a blend of a 1-year old beer and more mature 2 and 3-year old beers and it will roll in at 6%-AbV (375ml bottles, 100 cases). zzubreebym Stay tuned for release details on both beers.
