Today I have a new collaboration beer coming from Goose Island Brewing in Chicago, IL. This is Wooden Wings and it looks to be a collaboration with Phase Three Brewing in Lake Zurich, IL. The beer will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels for 18-months and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. zzubreebym Stay tuned for AbV and release detail…and remember “beer is for drinking not for selling.”
