Today I have a new beer coming to the Brewmaster’s Collective from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. This is 2021 Skipping Time and it will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with toasted Macadamia nuts, coffee and vanilla bean. The beer will hit 11.6%-AbV and 4 IBU and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. zzubreebym Stay tuned for more details.
