I brought you a peek, and now some additional and exciting packaging coming from Russian River in Santa Rosa and Windsor, CA. This is Monk’s Café 25th Anniversary ale and it will be a Belgian-inspired saison with primary fermentation in stainless steel. Oak hogsheads that previously held Sonambic were emptied but not rinsed before being filled with this beer. The beer was aged 6-months and then blended before being packaged. Look for this beer to hit 6.85%-AbV and you’re looking at the 3-liter bottle (375ml bottles below). Stay tuned for availability.
