Today I have some new cans coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. A Thousand Beers Between will be an oak wine barrel-aged (2-years) sour ale with tangerine zest and Northwest-grown red raspberries (5.5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Pear 2021 will be a barrel-aged sour blonde ale fermented with pear juice and white wine yeast (7%-AbV, 250ml cans), Rose City Sour will be a barrel-aged (up to 14-months) sour ale with rose petals, rose hips and hibiscus tea (5.7%-AbV, 12oz cans) and Primordial Noir will be a Bourbon barrel-aged imperial red ale with cherries and spices (10.5%-AbV, 250ml cans). zzubreebym Stay tuned for release details.
