Quilts of Fury is a new Baltic Porter brewed to help guide you through the encroaching Winter Wasteland. Rich, malty, and complex, this unique style is reminiscent of English Porters but with the restrained roast of a Schwarzbier. Originating in the countries surrounding the Baltic Sea, these particular porters are inspired by Imperial Stouts exported from England but fermented cold with lager yeast. The furious flavor profile is full of dark fruits, bitter chocolate, and toffee with a warming finish.
