Today I have the 4th and final 25th Birthday collaboration coming from Pelican brewing in Tillamook, OR. This is Bird-Day Volume IV and it will be a collaboration with Hutch Kugerman from the Brewery at the Culinary Institute of America. The beer will be a dark ale with Ancho chiles that hits 8.7%-AbV & 25 IBU and you’re looking at the 16.9oz bottle. zzubreebym Stay tuned for full release details. I’ve also added in Drop Red Gorgeous double red ale (8.2%-AbV, 30 IBU, 12oz cans).
