Today I have your first peek at a new “Folie” coming from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is La Folie Grand Reserve Velvet Apricot and it will be a French oak Foeder-aged dark sour ale with Black Velvet apricots and Tellicherry black peppercorn. The beer will hit 6.6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml nitro bottle. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
