Today I have a new can coming from Humble Sea Brewing in Santa Cruz, CA. This is Homer Shrimpson and it will be a double dry-hopped and hop-fused foggy double IPA that uses Mosaic, Nelson and Vic Secret hops. zzubreebym D’OH! This beer will dance in at 8.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can as well as the likely cause of a C&D letter if it makes it to market….stay tuned. I’ve also added in The Beach Buoys double dry-hopped west coast-style IPA that uses Strata and Nectaron hops (6.6%-AbV, 16oz cans).
