Today I have your first peek at a new beer coming to the Brewmaster’s Collective from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. This is 2021 Collective Choice and it will be a Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with vanilla, cocoa nibs, cardamom and sea salt. The beer will hit 11.6%-AbV & 40 IBU and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle (300 cases produced). Stay tuned for release info.
