Today I bring you a new baby can coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Pineapple Dragon and it will be a barrel-aged sour blond ale with pineapple and pink dragon fruit. The beer will slice in at 7.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 250ml can. Stay tuned for release info. I’ve also added in Cash Nelson barrel-aged sour ale with Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere hops (4.7%-AbV, 12oz cans), Ruby Lime (5.5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Double Dutch barrel-aged sour double porter with Dutch cocoa powder and vanilla bean (10.2%-AbV/9.2%-AbV, 250ml cans), Baked Apple Sour barrel-aged sour ale with freshly-pressed apples, cinnamon and maple syrup (5.5%-AbV, 12oz cans) & Single Malt Sour blonde and tripel ales aged in single malt Whiskey barrels with lemon and orange zest (250ml cans, 8%-AbV).zzubreebym

Release #1
Pineapple Dragon features a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with pineapple and pink dragon fruit. Brandishing a fiery pink hue, this limited release offers flavors of fresh pineapple, kiwi, pear, watermelon, and hint of white peppercorn.
Release #2
Cash Nelson features sour golden ale aged on oak barrels and foudres for up to 10 months then dry-hopped with Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin hops. Like the legendary outlaw country stars, Cash Nelson plays by its own rules, breaking the boundaries of style and convention.
