Here’s a new puncheon-aged ale coming from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Récolte 2020 and it will be a puncheon-aged ale with “super-ripe” Syrah grapes from the Santa Maria Valley. The base beer is a sour blonde ale and the the blended result beer will hit 15.4%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned here for release info.
