Here we have a new bottle coming from Pelican Brewing in Tillamook, OR. This is Bird-Day Volume III and it will be a hopwine-style ale created in collaboration with Pelican alumni Jason Schoneman of Steel Toe Brewing. This triple dry-hopped sparkling ale will help celebrate Pelican’s 25th Anniversary and it will hit 10%-AbV & 45 IBU. This is the 169oz bottle and stay tuned for release info.
