Dogfish Head Miami Adding Must Be The Mamey & Zip Zap Zoop!Today I have your first peek at some more interesting cans coming from the Dogfish Head Miami Residency in Miami, FL. Must Be The Mamey will be a sour ale brewed with Florida-grown mamey sapote fruit (8%-AbV) & Zip Zap Zoop! will be a hazy IPA that is dry-hopped a “heavy hand” of Mosaic, El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops as well as water-soluble hop terpenes (6.3%-AbV).
