Today I have a new collaboration can coming from Burial Beer in Asheville, NC. This is Idle Dereliction and it will be a collaboration with Divine Barrel Brewing in Charlotte, NC. The beer will be a west coast-style IPA made with Riverbend malted rye, whirlpooled with Citra, Cryo and Riwaka hops and then double dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka, Simcoe and Columbus Cryo (6.2%-AbV, 16oz cans). I’ve also added in the non-collaboration The Fortress Of Immaculate Thought barrel-aged sour ale with blueberries (16.9oz bottles, 7%-AbV). Stay tuned for release info.
