I know it’s barely summer, but here’s a returning holiday beer from Tröegs Independent Brewing in Hershey, PA. This is The Mad Elf Grand Cru 2021 and it will remain the “Director’s Cut” of The Mad Elf. The beer is brewed with Balaton cherries, demerara sugar, cinnamon, clove and wildflower honey. This version hits 11%-AbV and for 2021 it will be packaged in smaller 12.7oz bottles. Stay tuned for holiday 2021 release timing.
