Toppling Goliath Adding Flying Seahorses DIPAHere we have a new can coming from Toppling Goliath in Decorah, IA. The beer is called Flying Seahorses and it will be a collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing. The beer is a double IPA brewed with PNW-grown hand-selected Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise hops from Hop Revolution. This is the 16oz can and stay tuned for AbV and release dates. I’ve also added in Fresh Batch Series S’Mores Pastry Stout (10%-AbV, 16oz cans, no lactose), Witch’s Broom IPA with Cashmere, Citra, Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops (16oz cans), Forced Flair DIPA with Citra, Idaho 7, Talus and Cashmere hops WeldWerks collaboration (16oz cans). & Project Hop Fisch (Hopfisch) DIPA collaboration with Lua Brewing & Big Grove Brewery (16oz cans).Toppling Goliath Adding Flying Seahorses DIPA Collaboration, Witch’s Broom, Project Hop Fisch, Forced Flair & S’Mores Pastry Stout

We've partnered with

@luabrewing

+

@biggrovebrewery

to create Project Hopfisch! With each batch brewed, all three breweries will donate time or funds towards cleaning and protecting one of Iowa's most important resources - water. After all, we can't have beer without water!
