The Bruery Adding Spritz This Collaboration, Back To School, Where Is The Lava? & Big Blue StacksThis morning I have some exciting new beers coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. Spritz This! will be a Terroir Project collaboration beer with Firestone Walker and it is a barrel-aged sparkling blonde ale with locally-sourced Syrah grapes (72.%-AbV, 12oz cans). I’ve also added in Back To School PB&J-inspired Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with peanuts, salt and Concord grapes (10.2%-AbV, 16oz cans), Where Is The Lava? Chocolate Lava Cake-inspired Bourbon barrel-aged sour imperial stout with cherry, cacao nibs, cocoa powder and Madagascar vanilla beans (16.2%-AbV, 16oz cans) and Big Blue Stacks (Black Tuesday variant) double Bourbon barrel-aged stout with blueberries, maple syrup and natural maple flavor (19.5%-AbV, 750ml bottles).
