This morning I have a new entry in the Terroir Project from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Terroir Trois and it will be a wild ale fermented with Zinfandel grapes and flora from Santa Ynez Vineyard. The beer is aged for 18-months in 100% French oak and it will roll in at 11.3%-AbV. This is the 750ml bottle and release details are pending.
