Today I have your very first peek at an interesting new beverage coming from Goose Island Beer in Chicago, IL. This is Barrel-Aged Seltzer Original and it will be a craft malt beverage aged in Bourbon barrels….in other words a Bourbon barrel-aged seltzer. This is the Original flavor so I suspect we’ll see more variants. This seltzer will hit 6.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle. Stay tuned for full release details.
