Goose Island Working On Bourbon County Brand Fourteen Stout & Bourbon County Brand Classic Cola StoutThis morning I have your very first peek at some additional (here too) barrel-aged variants coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. 2021 Bourbon County Brand Fourteen Stout will be a stout aged in Rye Whiskey barrels with cassia bark, cacao nibs, panela and coconut water & Bourbon County Brand Classic Cola Stout will be a stout aged in Bourbon barrels with brown sugar, citrus, coriander, spices and natural vanilla flavors. These are both 16.9oz bottles, and as you know, Goose Island gains approval for several “fake” variants, so stay tuned for more details.
