Firestone Walker & O'Hara's Collaborate On Fiáin Honey Ale

Firestone Walker & O'Hara's Collaborate On Fiáin Honey Ale This morning I have an exciting new collaboration beer coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Fiáin Honey Ale and it will be a collaboration with O'Hara's (aka The Carlow Brewing Company). The base beer will be O'Hara's Irish Red Ale and it was refermented in French oak foeders (8-24 months) with Brettanomyces and bottle conditioned with local coastal California wild honey (or mil fiáin in Gaelic). The beer will roll in at 6.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottles (320 cases). Stay tuned for release info.Firestone Walker & O'Hara's Collaborate On Fiáin Honey Ale
