Here’s another new beer coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Rose Chérie and it will be a barrel-aged sour ale with Bing & Montmorency cherries and dried rose petals. Translated to “Darling Rose,” this beer is a blend of sour red and golden ales that is age din oak wine barrels and foudres for up to 12-months. You’re looking at the 12oz can and the beer will hit 6.2%-AbV. Stay tuned for release timing.
