Simian Squad was dreamed up with our friends at Barebottle Brewing Co while enjoying a revered local tiki drink known as the Monkeypod. The cocktail features tamarind, coconut, and lime so we decided to brew a beer using the same ingredients!
The result is an over-the-top juicy hazy double IPA bursting with tropical fruit notes and lime zest. We added a dry-hop of Sabro and Citra to double down on the tropical aroma. Crack one open and prepare to climb a tree and pound your chest in delight.
