This morning I have two exciting new bottles coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. Beerjolais will be a wild ale fermented with freshly-pressed red grape skins from Whitcraft Winery in French oak barrels (6.7%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles), Feral One American wild ale 2021 (750ml, 6.1%-AbV) and All Things Go will be a mixed fermentation wild ale with white grapes (from Curtis Vineyards) brewed in collaboration with Jester King Brewery. This beer uses foot-stomping, spontaneous fermentation (for 7-days) and blending grape juice with a fermented beer (French oak puncheons, 8.8%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles, updated to 9%-AbV below).
